🛑 Defective Items

  • If the whole order is returned due to defect, you will receive a full refund.

  • If only part of the order is returned, you will be refunded for those items only.

  • We offer free replacement for compatible defective toners — no return shipping cost to you.

🚫 OEM Ink & Toners

  • All OEM ink & toners are final sale — no returns accepted.

  • Warranty claims must be handled through the original manufacturer.

📦 Non-Defective Closed Items

  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

  • Refunds cover the item price minus a restocking fee (10–30%) depending on the product.

  • Applies to unopened items returned due to purchase mistakes.

🔓 Non-Defective Opened Items

  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

  • Returns accepted with refund minus a restocking fee.

  • Some products (OEM, chargers) cannot be returned once opened.

🔄 Return Process

  • Customer service may request photo proof to process returns.

  • If given a prepaid return label, please use it within 14 days or the return may be refused.

  • Discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items sent by mistake may need to be returned.
