Customer Service
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Saskatoon
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service (CSR) (4-5 hours of desk work):
o Communicate with customers via phone, email, or live chat to answer inquiries,
resolve issues, and provide product information.
o Process orders, manage returns, and track shipments.
o Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and addressing any
concerns.
2. Order Making:
o Accurately process and input customer orders into the system.
o Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are prepared for delivery
on time.
3. Order Delivery (1-2 hours):
o Deliver orders to customers within a designated area (company-provided
vehicle).
o 90% of deliveries are small items weighing less than 10lbs.
o Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time stamps, receipts, and any
customer feedback.
4. Warehouse Organization & Inventory Management (1-2 hours):
o Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory in the warehouse.
o Help with stock picking, packing orders, and ensuring that products are stored in
an orderly manner.
o Oversee inventory control, including tracking stock levels and ensuring proper
stock rotation.
o Assign shipping tasks, ensuring accurate labeling, and timely dispatch of
orders.
Requirements:
Soft spoken
Proven experience in customer service, logistics, or operations.
High School Diploma: GED or Equivalent
Strong computer and excel skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with physical tasks and outdoor delivery work.
Experience in inventory management and shipping tasks is a plus.
Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license (vehicle will be provided).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask is a must have
Benefits:
$20-$22 per hour
