How do I find the right cartridge for my printer?
Check the model number on your old cartridge (e.g. HP 206X, Brother TN227, Canon 046H) and search it on our site. Every product page also lists Compatible Printers and Page Yield so you can confirm the fit before you buy.
What is the difference between OEM, Compatible, and Remanufactured?
OEM cartridges are made by the printer manufacturer (HP, Brother, Canon...). Compatible cartridges are brand-new cartridges built to the same specifications at a lower price. Remanufactured cartridges are original cartridges that have been professionally cleaned, refilled, and tested. All three list the same page yield and printer compatibility on their product pages.
Will a compatible cartridge void my printer warranty?
No. Using a compatible or remanufactured cartridge does not void your printer's manufacturer warranty.
What does page yield mean?
Page yield is the approximate number of pages a cartridge can print at 5% page coverage (a standard business letter). A higher yield cartridge (XL / High Yield) prints more pages and usually costs less per page.

My printer does not recognize the new cartridge. What should I do?
Remove the cartridge, check that all protective seals, clips, and tape are removed, then reinstall it firmly until it clicks. If the printer still does not recognize it, restart the printer with the cartridge installed. Still stuck? Call us at 306 371 7103 and we will walk you through it.
How should I store unused cartridges?
Keep cartridges sealed in their original packaging, stored upright at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Toner cartridges have a shelf life of about 2 years.
Do you recycle empty cartridges?
Yes — bring your empty cartridges to our store and we will recycle them for you.
Do you offer business or volume pricing?
