This plan extends your Brother printer coverage for the second year after purchase from Ink House.

  • The first-year warranty is provided directly by Brother Canada.

  • The second-year warranty from Ink House covers mechanical and hardware issues only.

  • Ink, toner, and other consumable items are not covered.

  • If the printer cannot be repaired, Ink House will provide in-store credit only (no cash or credit card refunds).

  • Store credit can be used toward any product or service available at Ink House.
